1. What personal information about me does Inform Print hold?

Inform Print may hold the following information about you:

• Any additional information provided by you

As soon as practicable Inform Print deletes, destroys or de-identifies, personal information due to redundancy.

2. What does Inform Print do with my personal information?

We use personal information about you to assist Inform Print with any calls you make to us and ensure billing and delivery of your products. Inform Print will not disclose personal information about you to any individual or organization except on a confidential basis to suppliers that Inform Print uses in ordinary operation of the business, such as for data processing, printing, graphic design, binding and/or mailing. However, Inform Print’s suppliers are not permitted to retain, store, share, or use the personal information for any other purpose. Inform Print does not store your credit card information. No access will be provided to your information except where required by Australian law and in compliance with Australian legislation.

If you have given your approval, Inform Print will from time to time send you information about its products and services. This information is dispatched direct from our mail servers. At any time you may opt out of receiving any communications from Inform Print except for communications imperative to the operation of the business, e.g. concerning payment of your account.

4. Miscellaneous

This policy represents our policy as of 31 August 2011. Inform Print may change this policy from time to time. Although Inform Print intends to observe this policy at all times, it is not legally binding on Inform Print in any way. From time to time Inform Print may regard it as necessary or desirable to act outside the policy. Inform Print may do so, subject only to any other applicable contractual rights and any statutory rights you have under the Privacy Act or other applicable legislation.
