Return & Refunds Policy

At Inform Print we strive to make our customers' return process hassle free. In the following circumstances, for the first 30 days of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges in the following instances:

• The delivered product has manufacturing defects
• Printing or shipping errors are caused by us or our suppliers

When you return a product please provide:

• An original Inform Print tax invoice
• The product in its original packaging, including any information booklets
• Completed Return and Refund form.

If you request a refund, it will be credited to the credit card that you used to purchase the item from us. If you request a replacement, we will arrange for you to reorder the original product at no charge.

Make sure to check your images and/or artwork before placing your order. Failure to supply high quality artwork and/or images might result in a poor printing performance. If the supplied artwork/images are not appropriate for printing, Inform Print will take reasonable endeavor to contact you and ask for artwork/image replacement. Inform Print is not responsible for returns due to poor image and/or artwork quality, cropping, image enhancements or other factors out of Inform Print’s control.

Every effort goes into providing you with a top quality product. However please be aware the colour seen on your computer monitor is likely to differ from a hard copy print.
